Christopher Lehane is political strategist and Stanford Graduate School of Business lecturer.
In this short video he explains the three basic guiding principles of how to effectively communicate in a crisis situation.

 

Lehane has served as special asistant counsel to President Bill Clinton and press secretary for Al Gore's presidential campaign. He is co-author of the book Masters of Disaster: The Ten Commandments of Damage Control with Bill Guttentag and Mark Fabiani.
