Course - Strategy implementation

Planning process

According to professor Lawrence G. Hrebiniak, the problem with many business leaders is they have more knowledge in how to define strategies rather than implementing them. This is because business leaders are trained for the planning phase rather than the implementation, which commonly is a task for middle management task in many businesses and organizations.

In our course Introduction to Strategy Implementation we will show how it is possible to easily go from strategy definition to strategy implementation. With help from the Visto process, we will walk you through the steps from strategy definition to strategic implementation description of the goal definition – strategic plan – activities with support from the software Visual Strategy Visto.

Visual advantages

The Visual Strategy Visto method is a visual representation of the strategic content. The advantage is that the implementation is visually represented and easy to overview so the responsible leaders and co-workers can understand the context for a forthcoming execution.
