About Visual Strategy

Visual Strategy is a company with many years of industrial experience. We see ourselves as innovative and modern, but we rely on extensive research from world leading management scientists from the Swedish National Defense College (SNDC) and George Mason University (GMU).

Visual Strategy was founded by Peter Kimber in fall 2003, under the name Cupol, as a sister company to the American software company Perspective Solutions Inc., also founded by Kimber. In 2009, Visual Strategy became its own company when the founder Peter Kimber and a co-founder in Cupol International chose to go their separate ways.

Visual Strategy is a company in a growth phase and is privately owned by Kimber. We currently outsource some of our product development to Estonia. The company is located in Nacka Strand, some 10 minutes south of the city center of the Swedish capital Stockholm.

We have close cooperation and networking relationships with different specialists in management development, crisis management, staff and command methodology, media relations and setting up command and control rooms.

Visual Strategy’s goal is to help businesses and organizations throughout the world carry out strategic initiatives and decisions by offering services and software within the area of operative management.

Visual Strategy’s mission is to help our customers visualize strategies in a viewable way. Our goal is to minimize the lead time, increase understanding, and to simplify the communication of the chosen strategy to the receiving operational units. Our visual method validates strategic definitions by reducing the quantity and the ambiguousness of the chosen tasks.
